About Me

Having spent the majority of my career in operational positions in the corporate world, the link in the chain for me has always been people. I re-trained as an Emotional Intelligence Coach in 2008 and since then have taken on roles that enabled me to hone and develop my skills as both a Coach and Facilitator.


I believe that by intentionally changing the way we live, love, and work we can create a kinder, more compassionate world, but we must start with ourselves. I do not believe that self-care is selfish, instead I consider it to be an essential daily intention that can cause a ripple effect of kindness and compassion to others.


I developed my Purposeful Life Strategy from personal experience of recovering from burnout. Incorporating this into my coaching has produced amazing and sustainable results for those I work with.
 

I help people look inwards to understand how their thoughts, feelings and behaviours impact them, to learn how to overcome the curveballs of life and to find the right personal balance. By understanding the interplay and influence of habits and lifestyle choices, I teach how to take ownership and accountability to live life with purpose and
compassion.

As an executive coach, I work with leaders from diverse backgrounds, offering personalised support to meet their unique needs and goals.

Drawing from extensive corporate experience, I provide tailored insights and strategies My approach is comprehensive, considering the broader implications of decisions on personal lives and business outcomes as well as each individual's distinct personality and leadership style.​

Team Facilitation

 

With extensive experience in team development, I specialise in designing and facilitating bespoke events that transform group dynamics and enhance team performance. My approach is tailored to meet each team exactly where they are, guiding them through a structured journey of growth and collaboration.

Continuous Team support

 

I offer long-term support to elevating a senior leadership team's effectiveness. Typically spanning 12 months, this bespoke service is designed to foster deep-rooted improvements in team dynamics, individual growth, and organisational performance.

Through this extended engagement, I develop a deep understanding of the team's dynamics, allowing for more nuanced and effective interventions.
