Being "on purpose"

Being "on purpose" means making conscious choices, owning your experiences, and diving deep into self-awareness. It's about empowering yourself, gaining freedom, and embracing autonomy like never before. It isn’t for everyone because it demands ownership and accountability.

We all have a choice, we can passively watch life pass us by, or step up and become an active participant. When you pay attention to your mind and body, shape your interactions, you can show up in the world on your terms.

​​As humans we have 3 basic needs in order to survive, they are;

​

Breathe, Move, Fuel


In the Purposeful Life Strategy, I have added two components to these basic needs that I believe are just as important to living intentionally, these are;
 

Rest, Mind


The five intentional components are the foundations for fulfilling our potential. When we make choices that positively support the impact of these areas we are purposefully choosing to 'own our own self' and in doing so work, love and live on  purpose.

We often pay little attention to how well, or the amount of effort we put into these needs because the body is amazingly adaptable and resourceful.

​

For example, we find we can ‘survive’ on limited food, junk food or on a new ‘miracle’ diet. We can ease physical pain with lotions, potions, and pills or ignore it and accept discomfort.

​

By choosing instead to be intentional in these areas, we are opting to thrive rather than merely survive.

I created my Purposeful Life Strategy as a supportive guide, not a rigid prescription. I believe that each person's experience is unique, and what works for one may not work for another. 

​

I offer it as a conversation starter when working with people, and it's entirely up to them how much or little this features in our discussions. While I have resources that clients often find useful across various areas of life, I'm not claiming expertise in all these domains. My true expertise lies in coaching - helping you navigate your thoughts, feelings, and decisions. My approach is to help you develop the self-awareness and knowledge needed to make choices that resonate with your authentic self.
